Great resort and great food at the water park. Cleo has tasty food and Latanya is the best server at the market place. I would go back again.

We had an amazing family dinner at Carna this evening with incredibly attentive and friendly service from Jasmin and Johnny. They made sure that everything was perfect from the time we sat down to finish! Wonderful family dinner- we would highly recommend!

We had a great table outdoors and the staff were all friendly and fun! Our server Royann was excellent. The food was tasty and good portion sizes. I would recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a nice outdoor meal.

I went on my honeymoon here. Check in was great because of Ranesha. She is incredible and accomodated everything I had asked for. She was very pleasant and always smiling. Great way to start my trip. Then while playing at the casino, Dax(The pit manager) was very rude. He kept making snobby comments and was very unpleasant. He was always mad and made me feel unwanted. He was a manager at the high limits. You would think after gambling for over thousands of dollars, you would get a different reaction. Then we have a so called 'Host" Neguit. He was no help to me at all. He ignores my messages, and delegates everything to the hotel. Moving forward, I will only go back to Atlantis Bahamas, since everything about their service was better. Much happier people. The only reason this is getting a 3 star and not 0, is because of Ranesha.

Hands down wonderful trip! Best experience was at Carna with Ian And Leo. Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, and the duo was very engaging! Loved every second of it. If you love chocolate, you have to try the chocolate cake and espresso! Incredible combo! Thanks Ian and Leo for a wonderful dining experience! Jenn & Ben
