It was my first time at the hotel and lost my earrings when I return to my home country. I only contacted them 1 month later to enquire and I was almost certain I will not get it back. However, the unexpected happened! The hotel found my earrings within an hour of contacting their WhatsApp concierge and my friend will be helping me to retrieve and pass to me as he frequents Jakarta. I am so proud to share about this amazing energy of humanity and kindness. I will definitely stay with Swissotel in PIK again! Thank you for making my day 🩵 the earrings mean a lot to me and your kindness has touched me deeply!

Exceptional experience at Summers restaurant on the 8th floor. All of the staff were extremely attentive at all times and super friendly. We spent a long time chatting to our wonderful waiters and they even walked us to the lobby and called an elevator for us. The food was outstanding, some of the best we’ve had since we’ve been away. Truffle burger was a stand out.
