This hotel is a gem, the rooms are light and spacious, with a generous bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Great breakfast choice, very friendly staff. The hotel restaurant had a good choice the winestone salad and salmon were outstanding

The hotel is brand new..taking great initiative for sustainability and saving the environment. Located right across a big mall and the city main trains station , walking distance only. Breakfast was good No egg station in the breakfast Small reception with 2 desks only Friendly and smiling staff

The Mercure katowice is an amazing hotel. The beds are comfortable, the food is good(although the lunch and dinner should have more food options) and the atmosphere is great. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Jeremy. Age23

Stayed for 4 nights in Feb 2024. Rooms asre ok, clean. Breakfast good. But last night sat down for a glass of wine, and realized that there is really no service at the place. With 10 customers, Thu eve Feb 29th in 2024, the customers of the staff of more than qty of customers are totally ignored. Felt bad. For the attitude. No go for the next visit.
