I have rarely experienced such an attentive service during breakfast. Great selection of food and of course the mandatory fresh Polish beet root juice 😉 . Dinner was also very good. The location is fantastic with the Silesian museum, the concert hall, Spodek and other places close by. I recommend you book one of the rooms on the top floors, the view is wonderful. Parking is available in front of the building. For first timers in Silesia I personally highly recommend a visit to one of the coal mines (for example the Guido mine) and the Silesian museum. Travelling with kids you don't want to miss the Legendia amusement park and the Papugarnia. Thanks to the Novotel team, we will be back! Dziękujemy bardzo!

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Katowice. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a wonderful and safe area. The entire staff at Novotel Katowice was very kind and helpful, with special recognition to Mr. Kajetan at the reception. His professionalism and friendly attitude made my stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Had a good stay of three nights here. Comfortable and spacious rooms, quiet and in a good location. Staff was friendly throughout my stay and the bar had a very good choice of drinks.

Novotel Katowice was simply the perfect choice! Our room had an amazing view over the city, everything was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were kind and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast deserves a special mention – absolutely delicious with a huge variety of fresh options! The modern atmosphere and calm environment made our stay truly enjoyable. We come to Katowice at least twice a year. As we are part of Accor we always stay with the group. There are quite few Accor hotels around Katowice but we always prefer to stay at the Novotel Katowice Centre. The Novotel hotels provide very similar standards regarding bed qualities, the restaurants menu and the venues. The reason why we’re staying at the Novotel Katowice Centre are the people. From the very first minute at check-in through the restaurant bar housekeeping to the checkout everybody is friendly always smiling very caring and always going the extra mile to ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are very clean. The linens are always fresh. The bathrooms are spotless. You may know that Novotel accept pets. I have to admit I couldn’t find any dog hair in my room at all. I mentioned this as I’m not particularly a pet lover. On many occasion, I spoke to the housekeeping supervisor Kasia and she asked us if everything was to our satisfaction. The entire housekeeping team is great. I could call any time during the day or night and they are very accommodating to fulfil my needs. I’m very happy with the Novotel Katowice and will definitely will be back.
