Absolutely lovely hotel, super clean, nice sized rooms and staff very friendly. Amazing breakfast super fresh.everything you need is in close distance from hotel. Extra thanks to Kamil at reception for going the extra mile, will definitely be returning.

I arrived hotel early morning, i had breakfast first & an hour later, the girl on reception offer me the room! It was so helpful. And she gave me information whereto go -her favorite places -in Katowice. I really appreciate for her! Thanks again!

You get a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in

The rooms are small and very spartan, but they are clean. Although the toilet in my room smelled of smoke, I guess people use the toilets to have a cigarette... The bed is just a thin mattress on wooden board, it's enough to get some sleep, but not very comfortable. Location is okay, you can get there relatively quickly from the train station, even on foot. The breakfast is pretty good, and the staff was friendly.

Excellent staff. Desk clerks were very helpful during my week. Crude beds, just a slab of foam. Desk just a small shelf. No drawers or other clothing storage except some hangers. Small TV with few channels. No grab bar in shower for elderly customer. Breakfast good enough but monotonous. This is a good place for overnight but not so good for my week. For my early Monday morning departure the night clerk was again very helpful.

Good buget hotel although space on furniture no draws wardrobes got upgraded to a family with a couple of standing frames and some coat hangers good room service decent continental breakfast novotel 20yds outside with usual facilities a sister hotel lidl about 500 Mt's down road for wine beer food etc buses into Katowice every 2 mins
