Ibis Styles Krakau hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Cooles jugendliches Hotel. Das Zimmer, die Sauberkeit, das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal durchweg sehr jung und sehr freundlich. Die Anbindung mit der Tram zum Zentrum top.

Excellente localisation à distance de marche de la gare centrale de Krakow Glowny et de l'énorme superbe centre commercial et toutes ses commodités. A pied ou en tramway, accès facile au centre historique (Stare miasto) de cette magnifique ville . Bon hôtel, chambre clean et confortable, personnel accueillant y compris dans le sympathique restaurant du rdc. Sauf que le café à 4€ c'est franchement exagéré !! Même à Paris on ne paye pas ce prix. Pour le reste, hôtel à recommander. Nous y reviendrons.

Hotel moderno e molto pulito. Colazione a buffet tutto molto buono. Non posso dare 5 stelle perché l'ultimo giorno che abbiamo chiesto la colazione, già pagata, da asporto per le 6.00 in quanto alle 6.20 dovevamo partire per l'escursione ad Auschwitz. Ma la colazione non l'avevano preparata quindi soldi persi. Avvisati via mail dell'inconveniente si sono scusati e ci hanno accreditato 100 sul sito Accor. Per carità meglio di niente però .... organizzazione carente!

abgesehen vom Frühstück ein ideales Hotel

Abgesehen vom Frühstücksraum / - buffet ist beim Hotel nichts auszusetzen. Im Frühstücksraum, welcher auch das Restaurant ist, sind die Sitzgelegenheiten zum frühstücken komplett ungeeignet. Für einen Tagesausklang sind die unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten sehr schön. Auch ist die Ausstattung mit 2 Kaffeeautomaten für die Größe vom Hotel sehr gering. Nachdem ich mir meine Frühstückauswahl auf einen freien Tisch gestellt habe, wurde während ich mir den Kaffee geholt habe alles abgeräumt und andere Gäste sind am Tisch gesessen.
