I had issues with my room and struggle with claustrophobia and I asked if I could be moved and Peter kindly helped me with easily understanding and upgraded my room. Would definitely recommend and the service from Peter was top tier

Me and my husband stayed here for 1 night for a sort of ‘baby moon’ before having our daughter. Initially I booked a double room, however being so heavily pregnant, I asked the desk if there was any potential for an upgrade to get a bigger bed (lord knows I needed the extra room!). Peter at reception was lovely and gave us a free upgrade with a king bed! Parking is £12 and you have to validate your reg number and pay at reception. Our room was spacious with a big TV and lovely bathroom (no bath, only a shower). Lots of amenities were provided- they have large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel etc on the walls in the bathroom so you don’t necessarily have to take your own. They also provide shower caps, robes, slippers (which you can keep) and sewing kits! The TV has free view with a good selection of channels, not just the basic ones. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar but it did look very nice. The only downside I have is that the swimming pool has babies/kids swimming lessons every single morning (see picture). So the only time you could really swim in peace would be the afternoon.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and will always return here when in Nottingham. Service has always been excellent and Peter on reception was great - upgrading me to a room with a fridge as I was carrying some foodstuffs needing cool temperature.

Great overnight stay

We stayed there as I took my wife for dinner in Nottingham for her birthday. We stayed in a suite and it was well worth the upgrade, large room and a lounge. The room was immaculate and quiet on the top floor. The hotel decorated our room for was wife birthday and left us a card and treats which was a nice touch. We went out for dinner but before had a couple of drinks and benefited from an happy hour offer. Breakfast in the morning was a good spread with friendly service. They have a gym and pool which looks nice but we havent used it. And there is also a club bar open for evening, sport showing which looks great. Overall, a great hotel with good facjlities and great staff

We went here for afternoon tea (Christmas pressy for my family) what a gorgeous hotel, very clean, the staff were extremely friendly- especially the Scottish gentleman.. apologies we didn’t get your name- we should have as you was so lovely and deserved a special mention. The food was fantastic! It was delicious and there was far too much (goody bag given) would highly recommend!
