Ibis budget is situated 16 miles away from EM Airport, 22 miles from Alton Towers, has easy access to the A50 and M1. we were here to spend time together. very nice clean hotel. staff responsive. prices good and breakfast delicious. thanks Zaiga for the prepared room, everything was fine and I would love to come back again.

The hotel was clean and great value for money .. the shower is amazing like a massage but the best part about my stay was the staff especially nadia she was more than helpful with my requests and helped me out with everything I asked and telling me about deals with every purchase I made

I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Budget Derby, made even better thanks to Zaiga. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, always with a positive attitude. Her customer service really stood out and made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free. Great value hotel with staff who actually care. Would happily stay again.
