I was actually shocked to see how many positive reviews this hotel has. I stayed here on a Saturday night with a couple of friends. - The entire floor of our hotel stunk of marijuana. - My room and my friend's room stunk of cigarette smoke. - The staff were rude/disinterested. For example, when I checked my car in I got a few nods and grunts. The guy basically just flicked the screen around and grunted at me. - The car park was horrendous, most people had parked across two spaces. If you have a large car there's no chance you'd get in to a space and not get your door hit. Overall, I might have just got unlucky and had a couple of bad experiences, but I'd not take the chance and give this hotel another go.

I love the bartender names Mykhailo he's great and fantastic. Last night I don't know what to drink so I asked him and thats drink that he recommended was sensational 10/10 would come to asked the drink again. Also the bars have a variety of drinks and food

This is totally unacceptable, my staff are working night shifts in the area on business and there’s party’s going on in nearby rooms on the second floor with shouting / screaming / whistling and banging been going on for hours, I reported to reception but nobody attended, reported again and the receptionist said she was too busy, she repeated she would send one of her staff up to have a word but the noise level has not changed and no follow up has been followed. We will not be using this hotel any time soon. Please avoid if working night shifts in this area.

Beautiful rooms, comfy bed. The room was spotless when we arrived and had everything you need. We had a card and a treat box left by Jade who prepared our room and it was such a nice touch. All the staff are really friendly. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. There is a car park on site which makes it really easy, and it’s just a short 10/15 minute drive into the centre.
