The staff made us welcome, especially Peter on reception. When there was an issue he quickly resolved it. This is our second stay in just over a week and both times the heating in the room didn’t work. Peter on reception supplied us with portable heaters very quickly. The hotel company does not indicate openly there is a parking charge, which I find wrong. You should not have to open pages on the website to find this information.

Lovely hotel and staff particularly Peter in reception very helpful and polite However bathroom cold no heating No biscuits to go with our cup of tea although there were soft drinks and water in our room

Amazing customer service from Peter!! Nothing was too much for Peter and he really made our stay so comfortable. It is a lovely hotel and the leisure facilities are great. Room was beautiful and clean, we will defo be back and hope Peter will still be there as he was so helpful.
