The staff were most accommodating from the initial booking with the event team and then on the day with all of the serving staff. The food was delicious and room looked lovely. I would highly recommend for any event.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and so friendly and helpfull staff. BEAUTIFUL. Must visit if you ever stay around bristol. They have really good rooms and so nice decoration. Dont miss out. Bars are open 24 hours.

Very disappointed, certainly not a four star hotel , Flool boards all over the room creaked,(pity poor people below us), waste pipe from bathroom sink came off flooding bathroom, only held on by silicon mastic,on plus side ,staff very obliging, breakfast quite good, certainly needs upgrading.

Had a good stay for one week at this remarkable hotel which is situated in an excellent location and has plenty of greenry to offer around it. I was super impressed by the brilliant customer service offered by the reception team and look forward to visiting again.

We were there as part of the wedding party.. the wedding was beautiful.. Danny, was so amazing, from helping the groom, helping the best men! Even listening to a drunk me (at the end, apologies!!) - Emily, she’s honestly something else, she’s extremely good at her job.. she deserves to be promoted!! Both Danny and Emily were running the whole place and still had everything under control!! The fact they aren’t managers yet blows my mind!!
