This hotel is a good choice for someone that would like to escape from all hustle and bustle of big city but still enjoy what it has to offer. We have stayed here last weekend as the price was great. The reception area is an open plan with just a desk. We were checked in by a tall gentleman, he was very friendly and chatty (he did introduced himself but do not remember) we had a king room on first floor which has nice layout with well presented bed. There was only one armchair by coffee table so we could not have our food together. The bathroom was clean but needs some maintenance as sink was cracked so was the toilet bowl. the breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Overall this hotel ticked all our boxes and we had a good stay

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Customer service are rude!! Falsely advertised on booking.com and then forced me to either pay more or cancel!! Vile customer service!! They then proceeded to cancel my reservation without my consent when I had plans to stay in Cardiff!!

We enjoyed a meal of fish fingers - the portions were large! Attentive and charming service by Moses. (Adding some more text because the system demands a minimum of 200 characters - for what reason I am not really sure. 200 actually turns out to be a lot…)

Had excellent service from Moses in the restaurant at dinner time and there was a lot of variety with the continental breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. The only thing that could be improved was the air conditioning which was a little loud but otherwise no issues!

Very very poor Christmas break!!!! Dark rooms, low seating, one day room not cleaned , very poor food , a disappointing birthday , terrible entertainment, expensive drinks, ask for a room with a view, got, a roof nothing else, staff need to be trained. WON'T BE BACK!!!!!
