I found it in poor taste to hold $100 on my card for incidentals when your restaurant was closed and the mini bar was completely empty. It's been 7 days and the money still hasn't been returned.

We love contemporary art and were very pleased with the art selection at the hotel. However, the “hotel” part did have some issues. The website listed valet parking, but when we got to the hotel, we found out this had been paused due to covid. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if we had been notified ahead of time in an email, but we were not. Also, your restaurant was great, but it was a bummer that you had nothing open when we arrived on Monday night. Overall, the room was beautiful, but the amenities were a bit lacking. The toilet paper was scratchy and so were the towels. There was also only ONE caffeinated coffee pod when we arrived, so the first morning we had to go down to the desk so we could both have coffee. That is not something you want to have to do as a guest. Then, housekeeping didn’t give us anymore coffee when they came, so we had to go to the desk the next day and get both pods we needed. Again, the room was beautiful and the location was great, but the little stuff makes a stay a 10/10. Also, we had a weird experience with the lights in the room not working right when you turned them on. You had to turn them on and wait a few minutes. Then, they would eventually come on. We were also awoken by a weird, loud buzzing sound coming from the wall by the bed in the middle of the night. It finally went off but was very weird and disturbing. All the employees were very friendly and helpful, though. Great front desk staff and bartender. The restaurant and bar were also good when they were open. Finally, I am not sure I would stay with you all again since you don’t have any breakfast for room service. Room service breakfast is one of the big reasons we choose hotels over air bnbs. If there’s no room service breakfast, I’d rather stay in an air bnb where I can easily make it. But again, the art and the hotel itself were beautiful. Might be enough to bring us back despite the drawbacks. Thanks for the stay and good luck weathering covid! Your business is really interesting, and we like the idea of art hotels!
