Was in town for a few days on a business trip and didn't want to stay in a run of the mill/boring hotel in the suburbs and was happy to run across 21c as an option. Located right in the middle of the Power and Light District in the heart of downtown KC with cool art, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly/helpful staff. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very cold in room. The experience was not good. I feel we should received a discount but $530 way too expensive. Couldnt tske showers

When I walked into the room, there was a really strong odor. I thought at first it was just an issue with a previous guest. I was heading out, so I just set my stuff down and left. When I came back into the room to brush my teeth before going to bed, I noticed it was coming from the back of the sink and was horrible. I had to shut the bathroom door to make it bearable to sleep. I told the front desk the next morning and they sent someone up who successfully eliminated the smell, but it should have been identified by housekeeping before I arrived. Also, that trap on the back of the sink was disgusting in general, covered in grime and that was not dealt with at any point. This was Room 320.

Great stay. Crawford holiday party Saturday - amazing service. Front desk and the Savoy - amazing. Great brunch! Staff lives the brand - elevated experience - friendly.
