Stanchions blocking the vehicle entrance when we arrived so had to park on the street a block away in the rain and hassle with our toting all out luggage down the sidewalk & across a street for what should have been convenient front door check-in. Clean rooms. Lovely property & clean rooms. Interesting hotel art exhibit added nicely to our experience after returning from Crystal . Great bedroom & bathroom lighting. Loved The Hive but not the hostess who, when arrived for dinner 15 mins early because we saw 5-6 vacant tables, replied, “We are seating only on time this evening”. Lively bar scene with standing room only so we had to wait on benches inside the restaurant foyer, while no other dining guest appeared, until our designated reservation 15 mins later. Delicious meal and excellent male server who has been at The Hive since the year after its opening. He was superb!
