We loved staying at 21c for our anniversary. Everyone there was so kind and attentive to us. We felt very special by everyone there and we loved the art work. The location is also perfect. We would certainly stay there again!

I specifically booked a room with 2 beds because it was myself and my daughter traveling together. We checked in and went to "our room" only to find that we were "upgraded" to one king bed. Had to go back to check in to get the 2 bed room that I booked. And the staff had to switch another reservation to do this for a guest that had not yet arrived. The staff member was actually going to call that guest to see if it was ok with them. Number one I am here now and number 2, no one called me to see if it was ok to switch my room out. Only other complaint is the cheap toilet paper.
