During our recent trip to Chicago, we stayed at the W and here. The 21C’s rooms were better appointed, the pillows were better, and the staff was truly amazing! Jose, Christian and Francisco jumped at the chance to be helpful and resourceful, no matter what our needs. We’d DEFINITELY stay here again!

Just an awesome stay. Great staff and I loved the art in the hotel. Nice luxury touches as well including the welcome gift. Jose was full of information and positive energy. I will return whenever I’m in Chicago. Oh, I can’t forget the location.

Francisco was great. Fast and courteous check-in. First time to Chicago and was greeted at the door and shown where to go. Beautiful hotel. beautiful rooms. They really made you feel at home and at ease when traveling so far from home. Seeing the artwork is a big bonus and beautiful.

Great hotel in a really convenient area. The rooms are clean, bathrooms updated and clean & housekeeping is attentive. Be sure to explore the hotel's art exhibits! Jose was so very helpful and kind. He knows everything about the area and made our stay that much more enjoyable! This was our 2nd stay here and we will stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel as always and loved the exhibit. The location was perfect with so many dining options around. The room was amazing. I booked through a. Third party and there was some confusion about the reservation. Christian was excellent and made sure my stay went perfectly. I appreciated that and will definitely be back
