Very nice hotel! Beautiful rooftop with nice pool. Location was very convenient. Amazing service from sever Gelsys from the restaurant! She was so kind and friendly to us. The ladies at the front deck were extremely nice too! Definitely coming back!!

Hotel was definitely great choice for us. Great location and extremely clean. Staff was very welcoming but I must say server Gelsys was another level of service with her professional approach. She definitely qualifies for high position. Thank you Gelsys!!!

A significant step above the normal Novotel

Booked solely due to Accor loyalty for a 2 night pre cruise stay. To be honest Accor choices are limited in the US so we didn’t have much choice at all in Miami. That said for European visitors, this Novotel property is way above the ‘basic’ standard of the brand encountered in Europe. I believe this property was originally a different brand and taken over by Novotel, so it’s certainly a significant step above. The corner room suites are perfect for a family of four. Plenty of space and worth the upgrade from a standard room. Rooftop pool and bar is a welcome amenity. As for the port of Miami, it’s a a short Uber ride away so there’s no reason to stay immediately adjacent to the port if staying pre cruise. The free Miami elevated train has a stop within a few minutes walking distance, this takes you to bayside in 10 mins if so desired. There’s a publix next door and a cool coffee bar which is an old aircraft fuselage. Loyalty perks all administered perfectly as Accor Diamond, will certainly be our choice of venues in a Miami when we return.

The Novotel is located in the heart of Brickell, the best area in Miami, safe and clean! Great staff and ambient. Room was clean big and comfy. We had such a great time staying at the Novotel Brickell, we'll definitely come back again. Best hotel in Miami! If you are lucky to meet Christian Jahne, the Front Office Supervisor, is THE perfect host, he will take care of you and you will feel better than home! The rooftop bar is great, the pool is so charming and relaxing, really good vibes! We'll definitely come back again!

Great stay in room 306! The hotel was clean and every employee was courteous. I also want to thank Lereasa for her warmth. We would definitely stay here on future visits to Miami! The area was safe and across from a small park. There's also a publix in walking distance for snacks and beverages.
