food quality, staff, cleanness, pool area (my favorite one), the Gym, house keeping people all were so good in the hotel

I've been in this hotel for 9 days. Like to share my experience. First of all infrastructure of the hotel is very good. Pool area is also very neat and clean. Gym is also good. House keeping people has kept my room neat and clean, so full marks for them. House keeping manage Mr.Sanjay Pandey is so supportive, you will not fill you are talking to starnger. He was always there to help me and so welcoming. Thank you!

5 stars will goes for the great employees!! Hotel lobby and amenities are good… The rooms and TV were old and awful… thats why I will not come back again! BTW the breakfast is great and very delicious… Hope you can find my review useful and helpful

The environment was very nice!! Also the restaurants available were of a high quality and the food was amazing. I really recommend. The services was very fast and convenient too everyone was very nice and friendly. This hotel is such a nice options for family

After a disappointing stay at Mövenpick, the General Manager very thoughtfully reached out to my husband to apologise personally for the way our stay and issues were handled. He has assured us it will never happen again. Thank you for your care and concern Mövenpick.
