The Hotels restaurant was absolutely amazing the ambiance, cleanliness , the staff, and thanks to one of the staff Miss Lujain who guided us her positive attitude was very heart warming

I enjoyed the hotel with my friends The facilities were extravagant and they delivered the appropriate service. Recommended to everyone and special thanks to Lujain to guide us through the stay.

Worst Customer Service Experience at Ibis Jeddah City Center

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ibis Jeddah City Center. Their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered. They do not answer phone calls, and emails go completely ignored. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to have such poor communication, especially when guests rely on timely responses for reservations and inquiries. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for reliable service.
