The hotel is good The staff is very friendly and loves their job.The rooms and bed linen are clean. The bathroom is also clean and comfortable. In the morning, when you come down for breakfast, you are greeted by a charming employee Value Location Service

I had a wonderful stay in Ibis hotel city center Jeddha, specially i will mention name Mr. ANAS (waiter) he is giving great service, always smiling, helping , regarding food , I have seen same food since long time menu need to be change , thank you

It was wonderful stay, all the staff especially the restaurant and the sky view cafe, all staff was great and was great to meet Mr.Khaled F&B Director, was welcoming and supportive . I would like to go again ;)
