Cancellation of Reservation as you arrive your destination . Unreliable .

Ladies and Gents, this is the type of hotel that cancels on you while you are inflight and landing in Jeddah at night. I was shocked to receive a cancellation email and text message as I switched on my phone after being inflight for about 9 hours . No explanations. Nobody picking up the phone . Unreliable . A disaster .

During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the high level of cleanliness and organization. The rooms were impeccably clean, with fresh linens and spotless surfaces, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well-arranged, from the neatly folded towels to the carefully placed amenities. The attention to detail and commitment to hygiene created a relaxing environment, allowing me to enjoy my stay with peace of mind.
