Great hotel - outstanding food and service

I stayed during November for a week long solo business trip. The hotel room, meeting rooms, gym, pool and public areas were excellent. The ballroom is also very beautiful. I absolutely loved the food - both Rasoi and the hotel restaurant (especially the breakfast and lunch buffets which included local Saudi food recipes) were really excellent. Best croissants and omelettes i've had in a hotel - clearly both using the best ingredients and made fresh! The service was very good indeed - everyone was friendly, highly attentive, and eager to help. Look forward to staying again.

Best Hotel I stayed in 1. Close to airport 2. Close to malls and other facilities 3. Very Friendly Staff that makes you feel at home 4. Good food 5. Excellent Service Will be back again if given the opportunity

This was my first time staying here. But the room was amazing. Both the restaurants in the hotel were amazing. Customer service was outstanding. I definitely will be making this a hotel that I would come to whenever I am in Jeddah. I would like to thank all the staff for all of their accommodations during our stay. Sanjay was both an amazing help to us during this visit and I would like to give him a special thank you ! Excellent
