My stay at Mövenpick Jeddah Tahlia was excellent from start to finish. The level of hospitality and service quality was impressive. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Monther, General Manager, for his strong leadership. Mr. Hosain and the front desk team were professional, welcoming, and efficient. Mr. Sanjay and his housekeeping team ensured exceptional cleanliness and comfort. Mr. Essam and the F&B team delivered great food and attentive service. A well-managed hotel with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. I look forward to staying again.

I loved everything. To say it was a kind of paradise on earth would be an understatement to describe how I found this establishment. I was satisfied in every way, treated as if I were part of the family and not just a guest, never a problem, in fact only so much helpfulness from all the staff (room staff, reception, restaurant staff), in short, everything was perfect. Cleanliness, order, availability for every need, quality of food (breakfast and dinners, which I made). Perfection has only one name: Movenpick! P.S. Special and specific mention of the incredible professionalism and helpfulness combined with politeness and great ability to manage every issue, and a heartfelt thank you from me to the receptionist Asem. He's practically a friend... The only shame is one tiny thing. The swimming pool, although beautiful, was built and inserted into an architectural context that includes two large side walls that almost never allow the truly wonderful Jeddah sun to shine during the day so you can enjoy it and not go to the beach. At this point, if it is not possible, I would try to make the Solarium as best as possible in this sense so as to never leave your hotel (it being already a paradise in itself). P.S. Another mention for the kindness found also in Mr. Rustam, who is often also available for any eventuality.
