Average hotel but too bad service. Rooms are expensive as expected at an airport hotel. Wines/drinks and food as so. No surprise. But, if experience does not meet the (verify low) expectations, one might start to think. If I had the chance, I would like for a hotel a bit further away but at a better valur for money ratio

Very friendly reception service, and friendly atmosphere and service at the restaurant. Rooms are not too big, but very comfortable and clean. The shower is fantastic... Very clean and nice decoration. Our flight was canceled and we had to book it at the very last minute: they turned a bad day into a relaxing evening.

Great hotel but poor customer support

The Hotel is great and very comfortable. I have been there multiple times and it never disappointed me. The only issue I had was a double charging on the company credit card, which I could not clarify so far. I sent several emails to the reception but never got an answer. This is not the first time this has happened. Customer support could be better.

Truly close to the airport and very quiet. Large modern room nicely decorated. Good breakfast. Also good choice of lunch and dinner. This time I went to the fitness room and it is well equiped. Highly recommended in case of very late arrival or early departure from Stuttgart airport.

Very good hotel. Large comfortable room, well designed bathroom and shower, great restaurant and a really good breakfast with lots of fresh fruits, eggs, cereals, bread, cheese, juices, salmon etc. Surprise discovery!
