第三次入住Pullman Haiphong，前台的服務人員已經記得我的名字了，有感受到飯店的用心服務。上次有跟前台反饋健身房的盥洗間沒有熱水&沐浴乳/洗髮乳，此次入住都有改善。目前Spa與粵式餐廳還沒有開放，希望可以盡快規劃營業!!!

刚开的酒店，服务非常好，因为是纪念日旅行还特意准备了很多小惊喜。但是因为新装修，味道还是很大。
