硬體設備乾淨舒適，但員工缺乏教育，清潔人員早上8點按門鈴詢問是否需要清潔？有清潔通知燈號怎麼會叫客人起床回覆，第二天卻相反早上9點出門開啟了房間清潔燈號下午3點回來還沒整理。晚餐自助吧已訂位入場報了房號員工也帶位了，取餐時卻又被詢問是否有訂位，整體員工態度都是良好的只是似乎無人教育員工該如何做，員工之間溝通不良，多次詢問相同問題。

景觀好房間乾淨舒適，最喜歡還有廁所沖涼分開，如果一定要挑剔的話就只有熱水太熱😅

第三次入住Pullman Haiphong，前台的服務人員已經記得我的名字了，有感受到飯店的用心服務。上次有跟前台反饋健身房的盥洗間沒有熱水&沐浴乳/洗髮乳，此次入住都有改善。目前Spa與粵式餐廳還沒有開放，希望可以盡快規劃營業!!!
