Hotel is at amazing location, very quite and welcoming. Rooms are very unique designed, has no tv which is a great distraction from every day life. We enjoyed our Accor member benefits, hotel strictly following the policy and even offers more that we could hope for. The lounge bar was excellent and Dat, who works there, made it great by making incredible tasty drinks for us and being super welcoming. We leave this place very well rested and happy. Thank you team of Legacy Yen tu - MGallery. Definitely will be back again.

Had an amazing time at Legacy! The service is incredible and it’s a great trip to get out of the city relax and see nature! Rooms are beautiful and everything about this stay is perfect! Hoàng Anh makes incredible drinks and gives you great service at the bar - make sure you stop in for a drink! Dat and lam behind the bar will make sure you have a great time too!

My stay at MGallery Yên Tử was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The quality of service met my expectations, with staff members being consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely supportive throughout my stay. I would like to thank you: Mr.KHA (AIDEN) - FO; Mr. Tran Lam (Engineer); bellman team, ….professionalism and hospitality made me feel well taken care of at all times. The food was good, well-prepared, and satisfying, offering a comfortable dining experience. One of the highlights of the trip was the fresh, tranquil atmosphere — the air was clean and refreshing, creating a sense of peace and ease that allowed me to fully unwind. Overall, MGallery Yên Tử is an ideal destination for those seeking calmness, comfort, and thoughtful service in a serene natural setting. I would gladly recommend it for a restful getaway.

I had a restful break over at Legacy Yen Tu which was undeniably the highlight of my weeklong trip in Vietnam! Two key standouts for me. Firstly, there is the thematic design element of the place that is just so consistent across the entire facility. The hotel is simply full of character and personality. With stories to uncover across different spaces, inspired from the heritage surrounding Yen Tu dating several hundred years back. I also enjoyed the touches made as we approach Christmas, making for a very festive atmosphere that is well blended with the existing Buddhist monastery vibe and design. Secondly and most importantly, the service through my stay was impeccable, with the friendly team being highly personable, genuine, attentive and responsive across my various needs. In particular I am appreciative of the thoughtful gestures from Charlie, Silas and Ivy, thank you for the hospitality, and making this an especially memorable and delightful stay. It is with all this added together that makes for this a very special experience. I look forward to return another time!

We came really wanting to love this property

We came really wanting to love this property and the grandeur, immense size and location certainly has that wow factor and there is no denying that. But the total lack of English and disorganisation certainly let this supposedly 5 star hotel down over our 4 night stay. The opulent rooms were nice on entry but highly impractical. Breakfasts were disappointing with poorly trained staff, bread and baked products which are usually a highlight in Vietnam Hotels of this standard were stale and dry every day. On the other hand we dined twice while here and the staff provided great service and food was of good quality. Drinks and canapes served in the Thien Quan lounge again inconsistent over the 4 days we were there. On the upside of all this was probably one of the best swimming pools l have swum in. Our concierge Ivy tried her hardest to look after us and it was much appreciated. If you are a lover of 13th century Asian architecture, mountain walks and peace and serenity this is the place for you but don't expect a 5 star hotel experience. This has been a hard review to write as we loved the immensity of the hotel and its location but let down by the service of a hotel of this standard.
