房间的环境还是不错的,美中不足,房间的异味太大,以往以后可以改善!服务态度非常不错!

住的憋屈,想换个房间

LG的同事帮助订的房,不知道是搞错了还是房型紧张,订的时候出现了两个订单,第一个房型是豪华大床房,住了3天,3天后换成一个双床房的房间,只有两张单人床,而且床很小,晚上睡觉翻身直接摔地上,闪到腰第二天起床走路都疼得厉害,向酒店协商更换房间推三阻四,种种借口,后来答应有空余豪华大床房时第一时间进行更换,结果又说我们在办理入住的时候已经签字确认房型无法更改(当时签字时更本没有提醒我们具体房型什么的,因为语言不通直接让签字了),现在还住在双床房里,房间很小,虽然把两张单人床拼成了一个床,但是睡觉的时候还是很不舒服,更本就无法安心睡觉,想想还要再住这样的房间二十几天心里就觉得非常憋屈

Unfortunately, due to hotel availability, for the rest of the stay, we had to accommodate you in the original type that was reserved as Superior Twin Bed Room. Trust what upset you is that we failed to deliver a precise information upon your arrival, which we again sincerely apologize for. Please rest assured that your preferences have been well noted into your profile, we very much appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. 被子不透气,闷热,玻璃保温性不够好

整体感觉还行,就是有时候洗手盆有点漏水。而且厕所和浴室太小了
