I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Each member was not only attentive but also genuinely kind, significantly enhancing the overall experience of my visit. Their efforts to accommodate every guest's needs did not go unnoticed and made my stay truly memorable. However, while the service was outstanding, I must note that the rooms at would benefit significantly from renovation. The decor and facilities within the rooms are quite dated, which contrasts sharply with the high standards seen elsewhere in the hotel. Upgrading the rooms to match the modern amenities and aesthetic one expects today would considerably enhance the overall guest experience.

From the welcome at check in, to the moment I checked out the staff could not have done more for me. Everyone was friendly and polite. The hotel itself was well presented and the breakfasts super. Nothing felt too much trouble and I would heartily recommend.

Checkin at 4 pm and checkout at 12 Is a big difference. Would be good if it could be brought down to 1 hour. 4 hours of early checkout is 4 hours of experience lost at the resort/hotel.
