Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your stay. We sincerely regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly during an extended business stay of nine days. While we are pleased that you found our public areas and housekeeping service satisfactory, we are truly sorry for the shortcomings you encountered in your room condition, food and beverage offerings, and overall service. Your comments regarding cleanliness details, room layout, balcony size, and maintenance are taken very seriously and have been shared with the relevant departments for immediate review and corrective action. We also deeply regret the difficulties you experienced with our front desk, concierge, and valet services. The situations you described—especially during your checkout—are unacceptable and do not reflect the level of professionalism and efficiency we aim to provide. Please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration and stress this caused, particularly with a flight deadline. Your feedback regarding dining service delays, limited room service options, and breakfast experience has also been noted and will be addressed with our Food & Beverage team to improve both quality and service consistency.
