Amazing and comfortable stay, friendly staff, awesome facilities Clean rooms, good shows and animation team enhanced their show than last year, The staff is very friendly and you have full access over all facilities Spa is a little bit expensive but overall experience is amazing

Far from 5*, is a 3*hotel, with arrogant receptionist, our all inclusive bracelet was cut off ,wasn’t allowed eat,drink

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The best thing that happened to me and my girlfriend was Ali - the cleaner at the hotel. A very helpful and competent person. Every time I saw him in the corridor I had a smile on my face. Ali definitely made our stay more pleasant, with good cleaning and always beautifully decorated bed. The hotel itself is modern. Unfortunately, the food was not to our taste. Not many activities to do - but maybe we are not used to the all inclusive type of holiday. I was there with my family for five nights The aqua park was amazing and the manager of the reception who provided us with an upgrade was very patient and supportive. - The room had no bathrobes nor slippers - The room was in a very bad condition in terms of maintenance - The wall was saturated with humidity - the wifi was very poor - room furniture was old - tiles are not fixed/stable - painting and touch up is needed for the furniture - the digital board of the safe box fell down - the food quality was poor - the carpet had a small cut - the handle of the window didn’t close properly - the Housekeeping service was an average The hotel seems like a 4 star hotel

الطعام بيفضل طول اليوم يتم تغييره من الفطار للغذاء للسناكس للعشاء انا و أطفالي حصل مغص و ترجيع و اخدنا ابر و علاج لو عاوز اكلم علي نوع نوع شوف يوم السمك لسه متلج بيشويه قبل مايفك و اللحمه المجمده الي بتتعمل طول اليوم بيكاتا و و ترجع تاني؟، الشيفات في المكرونة و البيض الصباحي احسن حاجه ،.مش مستوي الكونتينتال و نفس السلسلة .، الغرفه الباب مشترك الصوت عالي لحد الساعه ٣ مسموع في قلب الغرفة و الحمام الكومبينشن بايظ و تم الطلب من اول يوم لاقينا الغرفة لحد ما مشينا ما اتعملش ؟، الانميشن و الأكوا احسن حاجة ،.الاقامه و الأكل اسوء حاجة و كل ده مش عيب موارد عيب ادارة و عماله و الاكتر ادارة
