Il primo giorno un problema con la camera ci ha un po’ demoralizzati, ma lo staff, dopo un paio di sollecitazioni, è stato molto disponibile, trovandoci una camera migliore senza chiedere differenze sul prezzo.A parte un paio di receptionist poco volenterosi, il resto del personale è davvero speciale, molto disponibile e gentile! Ci sono quattro spiagge, la n4 è quella con l’animazione (nulla di stratosferico ma perfetta per chi vuole comunque una vacanza relax e non energy). Esiste il servizio taxi interno, che ad un costo sicuramente maggiore rispetto al taxi che tranquillamente trovi fuori dalla struttura (ma parliamo del 10 euro in più) ti fornisce anche, se lo richiedi, un cellulare con SIM locale (compreso nel prezzo pattuito per il trasporto) che puoi usare quando decidi di farti venire a riprendere (io l’ho trovato molto utile)!! Ci sono anche un paio di punti da migliorare a mio avviso. Le attività, che siano quelle in spiaggia o quelle serali (c’è anche un piccolo teatro all’aperto), sono poco pubblicizzate, le scopri per caso o se fai amicizia con l’animazione. Credo che sarebbe utile fornire all’arrivo un piano settimanale di tutte le attività (se tale piano esiste a noi non è stato presentato). Stessa cosa, per alcuni servizi compresi nell’all inclusive disponibili durante il giorno, tipo il sandwich time, proposto dalle 15.30 alle 16.30 al bar della piscina, che abbiamo scoperto a due giorni dalla partenza. Ultimo cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la pessima abitudine che c’è da parte dei clienti (e lo staff dovrebbe trovare il modo per evitarlo) di prenotare i lettini già dalle 7.30 (appoggiandoci su asciugamani, maschere o qualsiasi altro oggetto personale), per poi andare via, e ritornare anche dopo tre ore! Detto ciò, è una struttura bellissima, enorme e che consiglio assolutamente!
