Excellent stay, impeccable customer service, amazing breakfast. Location was right in front of holy mosque. Very convenient for food and shopping as well. No problems with the hotel only the neighbor’s kids made a lot of noise we complained and then the hotel was kind enough to fix it.

More like a motel, with good access to the haram

Underwhelming stay. At check in the kaaba view room that we had booked was unavailable. Mr. Turki at checkin was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite with part “haram” view suite which we accepted as there was no other solution. The room however was very old and shabby with furniture falling apart and beds not comfy at all with hard spring mattresses that remind me more of a motel than a 5 star hotel. There was also a smell in the room and corridor which others have mentioned in their reviews. I have stayed at the fairmont too in the Clock Tower and that is fair to say 10/15x better than this hotel. I would not recommend. Even the suite looked like two rooms joined together and the kitchen amenities were all falling apart with the stove not even working. We didn’t want to cook however a feature offered should work! The breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about. Look elsewhere is my recommendation! P.S. Only fairmont has their own prayer room in this building, all other hotels share a communal prayer area on P9/P10 which only a couple of the many lifts go to so it can be a challenge if you wanna pray there.

This hotel is the best I stayed for 2 nights was amazing Staff and reception are amazing I was in room 3220 Room rubbish bin was never cleaned even from the stay pror me But i didnt complain to be honest Thanks to the staff and the hotel management Hend sorour

saya tinggaldi lantai 8, lokasi termasuk sangat dekat,jendela hotel menghadap ke belakang kabah, jadi tidak terlihat kabah dari hotel ini,hotel sudah agak tua , colokan listrik masih 2 seperti colokan umum diindonesia. kebersihan cukup , jarak kemasjidil haram sangat dekat. makanan enak. turun ke p11 (lobi), pindah lift turun ke 0 , jalan kaki sekitar 150 meter didalam shoping mall, sdh pelataran masjidil haram.,...makanan food court tersedia di lantai p 4, mesjid juga ada di p9, smoking area juga ada di p4 bagian belakang.atau di minus 2, semacam terminal taxi. over all hotel ini pilihan terbaik bagi yang mau ibadah umroh di mekah.

طلبت تغيير الغرفة أربع مرات دون اي اهتمام، رشاش الحمام يسيل بقوة مما يبلل كل محيط الحمام. كل مخارج الكهرباء لا تعمل ما عادا واحد نتناوب عليه. حاولت استخدام الخزنة لحفظ النقود و الجوازات لكنها لا تعمل. حقيقة صدمت من خدمة فندق يحمل اسم عالمي و كبير الموفنبيك

ضيفنا الكريـم تحية طيبة و بعد أود اولا ان أشكر سيادتكم على الوقت الذى منحتمونا اياه لسطر تجربتكم من خلال أقامتكم في فندق موفنبيك هاجر مكه ، و انا أعتذر بشدة على ما مررتم به من تجارب و الذى أدى الى عدم رضاكم عن الفندق رجاء تقبل اعتذارنا والعلم بأن تم تناول جمع تعليقاتكم مع فريق عمل الفندق تحياتي احمد الحساوي
