立地、サービス、全体的に合格だが、ターペー門から少し距離があるので、巡回バスを走らせた方がよい。部屋も古いので、どこかでリノベーションをした方が良い。

Reception staff were very unwelcoming, none were smiling nor friendly, hardly any eye contact, messed up the check in and another guest’s welcome card was in my room instead. The doorman was pleasant though. Room was small but overall ok, the old stained, dated dustbin in the bathroom should be replaced. No body lotion available. Regardless of being in a peak period or not, service staff should never forget what comes with being in the hospitality industry especially as a front liner, the first impression makes a lasting one. For me, I would never return to this hotel despite being in a great location as there are countless other hotels there to choose from.

Wi-Fi環境が悪く、ほとんどまともに通信が出来なかった。 シャワーの温水が出ない。シャワー、洗面所、トイレの水が赤茶色で使えるのはトイレだけだった。

I stayed at the Movenpick Suriwongse with a small group of friends as part of a golfing trip. Everyone enjoyed staying here. Whilst the hotel is starting to show its age, the rooms we had were large, well-appointed and comfortable with everything in working order. One downside, that cannot be fixed, is the size of the shower stall which is very small. Opening the curtains will allow the room to be lighter but even then they are dark - this is a common fault with many hotels. At night, the lighting is barely adequate to be able to read. The breakfast is good and caters for everyone's tastes and the restaurant was large enough to fit customers in comfortably without being crammed in. The location is very good with a smallish night market and street food on the adjacent streets. The pool area is small and the gym is also very small and under-equipped - the hotel needs to get heavier weights - 6kg barbells does not really cut it! If you are travelling the Chiang Mai, this hotel is perfectly adequate to base yourselves in.

การบริการตอนมาถึงของพนักงานขนกระเป๋ามีความล่าช้าเล็กน้อย แต่ต่อมาก็บริการได้เป็นอย่างดี การเช็คอินดีมาก ห้องมีการเตรียมพร้อมให้เป็นอย่างดี รวมทั้งการอัพเกรดห้องพักไปยังห้องสวีท ขอบคุณมากที่อัพเกรดให้ อาหารเย็นที่ห้องอาหารเนื่องจากจองห้องพักรวมอาหารเย็น มีปัญหาเล็กน้อยตอนมาถึง เนื่องจากมีการแจ้งผ่านทางโรงแรมทางเมลล์แล้วว่าจองให้ด้วย และห้องพักรวมอาหารเย็น แต่พนักงานก็จัดการแก้ไขปัญหาได้เป็นอย่างดี อาหารเย็นอร่อยมากและคุ้มค่าราคาอย่างมาก ขอชื่นชมพนักงานที่บริการตอนอาหารเย็นคือ คุณโบ คุณเบิร์ด คุณพี่กิ๊ก ส่วนอาหารเช้าทำได้ดีมากอยู่แล้ว ประทับใจมาก Formal English Translation: Upon arrival, there was a slight delay in the luggage handling service; however, the staff eventually provided excellent assistance. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was well-prepared. I was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade to a suite. Thank you very much for the upgrade. Regarding the dinner at the restaurant, which was included in my room booking, there was a minor issue upon arrival. I had previously confirmed the dinner reservation via email, but the staff handled the situation promptly and efficiently. The dinner was delicious and of excellent value. I would like to commend the staff who served us during dinner, especially Ms. Bo, Mr. Bird, and Ms. Kik. The breakfast was also very good, exceeding my expectations.
