Asked for spaghetti Bolognese the self righteous appointed chef refused as it was on the children’s menu. Obviously it can be made for a children it can be made for an adult. One very sad and disappointing experience in a motel we have paid a lot of to stay in.

Great staff, no better location for cruise hotel - literally next door. highly recommend. Only mild downside was needing an Uber (or Bolt) to get to Van Gogh Museum area and a fair walk to the canal tour area.

One of the best Hotel I have stayed so far in Europe. Amazing staff,Awesome hospitality and Wow food. My room was facing the IJ River, and the view was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. Another huge plus is the central location. Everything I wanted to explore in Amsterdam was either a short walk or tram ride away. It made sightseeing so convenient and stress-free. In short, I absolutely loved my stay. The combination of comfort, location, stunning views, great food, and an amazing team made it unforgettable. Chef Ali and Teddy took care of my food preferences and served mouth watering dishes. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Amsterdam!

What a fabulous hotel! Great location - just a 20 min walk to centraal station. The front desk was friendly and warm. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy. The hotel is right next to the cruise ship terminal - so we did get treated to a huge cruise ship right outside of our window for a day. Breakfast was included - and it was a fab spread! Pastries, full UK breakfast (more Scottish than English), and cold meats, cheese and fish! And the Dutch fav - chocolate sprinkles on toast. Additionally, when our 6am taxi didn't show - and no Bolt or Uber drivers were taking our request - they were able to get us an Uber/Bolt. Would most certainly stay there again!

We could not fault this hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. On arrival we stored our luggage and explored Amsterdam, which is a 20 minute flat walk from the hotel. Our room was on the 20th floor with great views over the city. The room was spacious and air-conditioned with all amenities including a mini-bar, safe and bathroom toiletries. The bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was very extensive with plenty of hot and cold choices. Staff here were also very helpful and chatty. One waiter with a blonde ponytail went out of his way to chat and be helpful - sorry I didn’t ask his name. The nearest to the cruise terminal is fabulous - literally a two minute walk. When we are next in Amsterdam we will stay here again.
