However, we acknowledge that the parking fees have not met your satisfaction. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please understand that the parking garage is managed by an external company, which sets the prices. Nonetheless, we continuously strive to negotiate the best possible rates for our guests. We are delighted that you appreciated the room darkness, towel quality, pillow comfort, and the mattress in our SLEEP rooms, as well as the quiet interior and the separate toilet facilities. It's rewarding to hear that these aspects contributed to a positive experience during your stay with us. Our Mövenpick SLEEP rooms are indeed tailored to provide an exceptional sleep experience with adjustable beds and high-quality linens, and we are glad you noticed these details. However, we regret to hear that the absence of a minibar and USB plugs did not align with your expectations. Furthermore, we understand that the restaurant's limited service on the night of your stay was a source of inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for this. These incidents are not reflective of our usual standards, and we are reviewing your comments to ensure that we maintain our high service quality going forward.
