However, due to the exceptionally high outdoor temperatures, its cooling capacity was unfortunately not sufficient to cool the rooms to the desired temperature at all times. We fully understand that this does not make the situation any less uncomfortable for you. We also understand that opening the windows was not a suitable solution due to the traffic noise. We are very sorry that the combination of the high room temperature and the limited possibility of ventilation resulted in such a poor night's sleep. We are currently working with high priority on a sustainable improvement of the cooling capacity, so that we can provide the level of comfort our guests expect from us, even during periods of exceptionally high temperatures.
