This was our first time in Hamburg and in Germany. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was most memorable for the wide range of fresh food products and cooked food. We slept well but found the shower water fluctuate, query due to a high floor. Great views of Hamberg.

Everything at Mövenpick Hotel felt truly 5-star, from the very complete breakfast to the restaurant’s amazing terrace, the cozy sauna, and the beautifully designed rooms. Staying in a stylish, modern hotel that’s built inside a former water tower was a unique and charming experience. If I come back to Hamburg, I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful building - architecturally very unique, makes fora special backdrop. All rooms have great city views. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Great selection of foods at breakfast, incl. warm dishes - best enjoyed on the sunny terrace within the greenery of the surrounding park. Conveniently located - one stop to the famous Reeperbahn and 2 - 3 to main city center sights. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a very comfortable, unforgettable stay!

We came to Hamburg for the first time, from America. So we were excited to visit Hamburg and experience the German culture and the sightseeing. We booked a week at the Mövenpick Hotel in hamburg. We booked a table for breakfast for 4, and we met a young man who was from London and was the only young man who spoke English. I believe his name was AJ or TJ . We asked him if he could recommend to us some sightseeing to see in Hamburg. My wife was very impressed with his ideas and his knowledge around hamburg. We went over and above to help our family. He told us to use the Map of Hamburg with our phones and to buy a travel card for a whole day to save us some money. He helped us with the best tourist attractions and resturent for that evening for my family. Overall, I wanted to say a big Thank you to AJ for all the support and making our stay at Mövenpick Hotel in hamburg a holiday to remember.

Stayed for 3 nights on the business trip. I was upgraded and enjoyed premium accommodation. Sauna was under repair for new wooden seating then reopened - very nicely done. A/C in room. Breakfast is great. Hotel is nicely situated at the edge of a park. There is a large indoor / outdoor public swimming pool, and Sauna within walking distance - Kaifubad.
