Havuzlu otel diye tuttuk, iki gecesi 500 Euro. Tahsilattan sonra bize dediler ki havuz bozuk tamir ediliyor. Hiçbir yerde yazmıyordu. Web Sayfalarında veya rezervasyon Emailinde. Bu daha başlangıç, SPA kısmına geçtik. Buhar odası bozuk dediler. Şaka gibi. Ertesi gün de Sauna bozuldu. Otel otel değil komedi filmi, parasını çöpe atmak isteyen Mövenpick İzmir'de kalsın. Two nights 500 Euro. We reserved the hotel because of the swimming pool. For our Children it was very very important on the hot summer days. After the hotel got our money, they told us that the swimming pool is broken. It was just the beginning. On the first day the steam room was broken too. On the next day the sauna was broken. The Hotel is a bad joke. If you want to throw your money away, it is the right choice! Fur Zwei Nächte hat das Hotel von uns 500 Euro bekommen. Wir haben das Hotel nur gebucht, weil es einen Pool hat. Nachdem das Hotel das Geld abkassiert hat, wurden wir informiert, dass der Pool kaputt ist.( Weder auf der Webseite noch auf der Reservierungsbestaetiging stand es.) An den heißen Tagen im August brauchten unsere Kinder unbedingt einen Pool. Das war aber nur der Anfang des Komediefilms. Es hat sich am gleichen Tag herausgestellt, dass auch das Dampfbad kaputt ist. Am nächsten Tag ging es weiter mit der Show: Die Sauna hat ihre Seele aufgegeben. Ich sag mal so, das ganze Hotel ist nichts anderes als ein riesiger Schrotthaufen. Wer ihr oder sein Geld rausschmeißen will, ist die richtige Adresse Mövenpick Hotel Izmir.

An bester Lage. Sehr professionelles, hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und grosszügig. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers könnte etwas moderner sein. Aber das Zimmer war sauber.
