The working people were all kind and all the facilities were so clean and pretty . Also Thanh was very kind. The pool was nice. So we enjoyed swimming twice a day. I love the experience here, so I recommend it to everyone. Thank you for care us during our stay!!!!!

The entrance is very luxurious and the staff are very friendly. Clean and cool place. Highly recommended for use with a baby. The facilities are very spacious and suitable for children to run around and play. The staff at mei & Hieu were especially friendly ❤️

They are very kind and quick to check in. I stayed in ALMA for 3 nights and ALMA was kind. THANH who helped me check in was very kind and explained English slowly and easily, so it was good to know about the facilities and use of the Mobenpick when I checked in. And the lobby was very cool and nice.
