We are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the availability of pool towels, the pool staffing, and the temperature in the lobby area. Regarding our location, while we understand that each guest may perceive distances differently, please kindly note that the public beach is approximately a 3 to 5-minute walk from the hotel.
