Location is great , close to the night market and restaurants and rooms is clean the atmosphere very welcoming. Reception very very friendly and helpful. They greet you with the vey big smile esp kim , win , the manager and all of them. My husband and i were been in novotel hotel nha trang for 3 to 4 times. We really like this hotel. The food is good also. I would recommend this hotel if you like to go to nha trang. People friendly, helpful and clean and most of all the people working there treat you like they’re own family.

The most friendly hotel I have ever stayed at ,the staff where amazing.Nha Trang is a beautiful place and we had a great room on the 9th floor at the front of hotel overlooking the beach and sunrise.Breakfast was very good and the room was cleaned constantly, it was an amazing experience.

Another great visit to Novotel 's Seafood Buffet which is excellent with such choices for dinner including lobster. For the money this restaurant consistently delivers great dishes which also include grilled beef and pork and multiple seafoods. Too numerous to mention. The service is always consistent and the staff are always kind and outgoing and do a great job. Highly recommend their seafood buffet with so many choices. I always enjoy their grilled salmon and sushi and Sashimi.Also ,their grilled steak is wonderful . 👍

I absolutely loved staying at the Novotel and I will definitely return. Thanh, the restaurant manager was beautiful. So kind and helpful. My room was beautiful with an ocean view. Great location.
