We had a very bad experience when we had dinner in a restaurant (the Panorama). Honestly, we quite loved the quality of morning buffets, that was very good. We decided to have dinner ( a la cart) in Panorama restaurant, and it was a really bad experience ever. Food quality is normal, but the amount of food is too small for the price. We ordered fried rice and it took 30 minutes, then the waitress returned with nothing. We wanted to end the meal and they came back a gain said that they lost the order and asked us to tell them again what we ate. OMG !! it is a 5-star resort. the whole family was very annoyed. then the manager (or senior staff) gave us a 50% discount on the meal. but, it is not the thing we need when we spend our time in Resort. besides, during staying, I can feel that the resort doesn't have a good manager(s). Your staffs were so confused when we just asked simple requests. I didn't touch your connection between departments which you should (or must) have. Your staff (maybe part-time or interns) were not trained enough to handle guest requests. My kids loved the facilities but my wife questions why you don't provide details information about your activities. she had to go around to find "hidden" games or activities to play. I don't understand who can manage a resort like this. I hope you can improve your services to make it catch up with what you should have.

Good accommodation but staff skills is low, not correspondent with Accor level.

1. Call for booking: it took so long, need to call many times to connect the booking staff. He asked me to register Accor member, then he will call me back. I wait for 2-3h, but can not get this call. I did book room by myself without staff consult. 2. Check-in is too late. One of our rooms still need to wait until 5pm. We called receptionist to push and presented the upset attitude, then they provided us the key finally. 3. Room is not fully equipped. We asked for set of towels for kids, comb and lacking bathrobe at least 3 times to receive. The pillow is too humid and smelling, need to replace. 4. The receptionist offered us the drinking voucher due to check-in delay. But 1 staff at main pool confirmed that we can be only served by coke. Another staff confirmed that they will have another special menu for us… Only the last guy confirmed that we can order any drink in menu except beer, wine or spirits which matches with what is mentioned in the voucher. 3. Staff skills and staff behaviors really need to improve to maintain the Accor reputation. They should be trained on how to talk with customers professionally. Some of staffs presented the differentiate between the guests in villa and in condotel. They even asked my brother that how many times you went to pool/the beach today, i saw you and picked up only you today… OMG, i can not imagine how can said that.
