I were pleased to read that you like the resort, facilities and found the price was reasonable. On behalf of the team I would like to offer my sincerest apology that the schedule changed in the last minute however our team has tried their best to cater some German food in the Tropicana. For Covid prevention we do follow strictly the policy from local government as well as taking appropriate actions to ensure safety of the guests and staff in the resort. This is the second we stay here .Staff kindly ,good food and clean room .But afternoon too much tiny fly ,they sticking on my food and flying around us, it's still be like the first i stay here.Wish you fixing this problem.

Everything was great - beautiful villa and swimming facilities. My only disappointment was the wet bar prices are ridiculous. For example, an 8000 dong bottle of water costs 60,000 in the room. I recommend everyone to bring their own drinks. However, the restaurant food was good: great breakfast buffet and reasonable prices on the dinner menu.

An impermissible incident that kept your standards far from excellent

Dear Mr. BORIN and Mövenpick team, First, I would like to thank you for delivering well-cared service and experience to all and every guest staying at your resort. When the Covid-19 has crushed the community and industries worldwide, notably travels and hospitality, I see you all making great efforts to maintain the team and service quality. Thank you all for your dedication and for bringing a breeze to us amid scorching days. My family stayed at Mövenpick Cam Ranh for four days, from Friday to Monday and we enjoyed most of the activities at the place. My daughter and even I myself love the kid zones. Not only the facilities but also the supporting staffs are very kind, skilful and friendly. Ms. Quynh (pardon me for not addressing her name properly) instructed my daughter to do some paper crafts that the girl loved them a lot. We also enjoyed the conversation at the beach with the Safety Supervisor. I personally cherish your hard work to keep our staying safe all the time. Such a hard work that not many can excel. The very small thing that stopped me from giving the resort an excellent grade is the issue we encountered at the restaurant. I believe this is something improvable and will help your resort to increase the credits and standards in the industry. Within four days of staying at the resort, I encountered the lady, who was informedly the F&B manager, two times. And what I can feel from her is racial discrimination. There were quite many guests at the restaurant on Saturday and Sunday breakfast and chocolate hours but the lady only gave her attention to two European-origin families, speaking the same language as the lady, Russian. On Sunday morning, to be specific, my husband moved a fan to give some breeze to our family and the Russian one sitting near. He was doing that with highest respects to the guests, as he is a senior manager in providing services to international guests in a national park. The lady was rude enough to speak to us in English, saying "the fan is for this family". Whatever the motivation behind it, that was unacceptable. A Vietnamese supervisor approached us to get another fan and shared with me that the Russian family might be a friend of the manager. Personally, I felt this even more impermissible. A professional will never let her private and personal relationship be part of her career performance. In particular, in any guest-service industry, guests always come first. I believe that even if the Russian family, by any chance, were the ultimate owner of the resort or any catalogued board members of the cooperation, they do not want to see any privilege that leaves other guests, who are the income generators of the place, behind. The experience with the manager continued in the chocolate hours of the day, saying no Vietnamese guests received any attention from her, even a smile. I tried to bring this case by giving feedbacks at the site, to the Vietnamese supervisor and at the reception before leaving. Unfortunately, I receive no remedy, except a ""well-noted" message by the staff. I leave the situation to your judgement and resolution. My experience might be small but anything can trigger a butterfly effect. I wish you all healthy and safe. Wish the business growth. Yours truly, Vanha
