We celebrated New Year at Movenpick. It was nice but could be better. I think the food can be improved. The one thing that I really do not like that is nobody met us when we arrived. It was our first time so no one show us where we can check in...must be improved!

Good stay but given a huge place and limited human resources we feel like we need more care from the staff. No upgrade for Platinum members staying in villas which is very sad.

We loved ourtime at the resort. Thank U very much for being pretty much enough of what we looking for. Sure will be back another time Service of restaurant for lunch is unwelcome experience for both meal period. The team missed out our Bev order by a technical reason. Ask for btl water and was not serve. This was for lunch Dinner was a bit dissapointed as the ceasar sl was salty eventhough was no anchovies. Tom Yum pretty much weird without that spicy and smell of lemongrass, for Bev the Jungle mocktail was made without coconut cream when it written down on menu description. And of course we chose that drink cause of that coconut flavoring in the drink. Bought a btl of Pinot Noir at the convinient store in Swiss village, like to chill with ice but gotta pay extra for ice. I am just sharing not complaining at all. I pretty much enjoy my stay eventhough its rain. And the resort is abs beautiful place. Thank you

Not good front services, i was request to move out the outside area pảonama restaurant while it ws separated to the buffet and the lobby crownded, villa lobbby is dark and alot mosquito

Cons - closed panorama restaurant on evening - bad quality food in Tropicana restaurant - breakfast will low variance ( the same bread ) - dirty evacuation stairs and hard to find missing label - no visible fire extinguisher - cold water during shower - difficult open main door to swimming pool because windy - very bad small on the way corridor to kids club - dirty restroom next to swimming pool - should be more fruits instead of sweetened milk and cookies every evening - missing 2 king bad in a room , necessary to use additional bad for 2 kids - to long checkout 10 minutes

Great holiday destination for Families with young children

We loved our stay as a F. at the Movenpick! From the amazing climbing playground, splash pool, water slides, giant chest set to the amazing stretch of beach, it was a relaxing and action fill destination to enjoy with a F.. We stayed for 5 nights over the Christmas holiday and stayed in one of the well spaced 1 bedroom villas. The morning buffet had lots of variety and the quality of food at the hotel was overall very fresh and delicious. We give the resort a 8/10 for facility. Our main recommendation would be to improve the menu and food at the onsite restaurant, the Tropicana. The options were very limited and contained very little vegetables, especially the kids menu. Potato chips and a leaf of lettuce do not suffice. It would have been lovely to see more broccoli, cauliflower, beans, peas, corn, cabbages or even cucumbers and tomatoes. We as a F. that eat very healthily, always with lots of greens, colourful fruits and vegetables, and definitely found it challenging to achieve this at the restaurant. We don't mind paying for good quality food, but thought the Tropicana was quite overpriced for what they offered. We ended up going to the local town for food in the afternoons and evenings, which was much fresher and a lot cheaper! We give the restaurant a 4/10. The stretch of beach is lovely with turquoise water which is absolutely stunning on a sunny day! On that note, the beach doesn't always get cleaned properly in morning from the staff. For example, there were some big fishing nets littered on both sides of the beach near the entrance to the beach. After two days of staying there and seeing that it was still not removed, I informed the receptionist to investigate and have it removed as it was obstructing our view of the beach. It's difficult to enjoy the beach when rubbish is scattered all around. It just surprised me that I had to say something for it to get done. I give the beach a 7/10, definitely a 10 if it was maintained better.
