This matter has been escalated to our Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams for immediate review and corrective action. We also regret the prolonged waiting times for meals, the lack of attentive service during breakfast, and the shortcomings you experienced across several touchpoints, including housekeeping timing, table service standards, and overall organization during peak hours. Regarding the room-related issues such as window drafts and hot water pressure, as well as your comments on beach conditions and chargeable services, we truly appreciate you bringing these to our attention. These concerns have been shared with our Engineering and Management teams for further investigation and improvement planning.
