Dear Mr. S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your positive comments about our convenient location and our gym overlooking the airport runway. We are delighted that you enjoyed these aspects of your stay. We sincerely apologize for the long wait you experienced in our restaurant. Waiting 50 minutes for your starter, having it arrive almost simultaneously with your main course, and then experiencing another delay to receive your bill is certainly not the dining experience we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our Restaurant team, as improving service efficiency during busy periods is a priority.
