已经入住的顾客，应该优先询问是否续住，保留优先预定权力，而不是因为没有及时续住，导致所有房间被预定出去，被迫退房换酒店。长期入住的顾客，应当给予一定优惠政策，比如一次性入住一周或以上。

We regret that you had to move to another hotel and fully understand the impact this had on your comfort and the continuity of your trip. We would like to clarify that the hotel was fully booked at the time of your extension request, and since we had no prior notification of your intention to extend, it was not possible for us to secure an additional room or room night in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot anticipate extension requests unless they are communicated to us, and room availability cannot be guaranteed without a confirmed reservation. Regarding prices, these fluctuate according to season, demand, and the availability displayed on various booking platforms. Some periods may experience general price increases, and we always strive to balance this to offer the best possible value to our guests. We also appreciate your suggestion about prioritizing repeat or long-stay guests.
