Safiqul is a great staff. He kept rooms neat and always greeted with smile. I loved my stay here. The room was always as per my taste after coming back from room. The food also is great. Loved the buffet. Cannot thank enough for reception to always support for any issue and they also helped extend stay .

Room and Housekeeping Experience

Ibis Olaya is a regular one for me whenever I am in Riyadh. However this time my room was facing towards a construction zone and inspite of doing multiple requests the reception staff was not very supportive. However, I got lucky the next day and it was "Rakan (or Rakas, I did not get the name)" was on duty at night and he came to rescue and helped me allocate a room on the quieter side. IBIS Team, its due to Rakan, I will again stay at your hotel, else I had made up my mind to not stay here again. Also, excellent housekeeping by "Safiquil Islam". He was very supportive.
