這次和朋友們一起在Novotel住了兩天,我們有很舒適的體驗,整體環境乾淨,早餐很豐富並且有變化,需要叫車前往景點櫃檯人員也很熱情協助幫忙,下次來清邁旅遊的話還是考慮入住貴飯店

住了3晚電梯一直很臭就算了,房間被安排在走道最後幾間,進出飯店都要走很遠才能搭電梯,這麼多房間的飯店居然只有lobby這側才有電梯進出,而走到尼曼路的商場快步走也要10分鐘,白天還好,晚上視線昏暗不是很安心。房間冷氣潮濕發霉味道很重,房間還有小黑蟲飛來飛去。書桌沒有照明,想看書或寫個明信片都很不舒服。更衣室沒有遮擋,洗完澡出來全身光溜溜沒有隱私。只有早餐服務跟菜色還是有四星級的品質。連Grab司機都抱怨這裡接客人的動線很奇怪,以前住過清邁其他幾家小型旅館都很喜歡,但這次讓我對novotel印象很糟。

Regarding the elevators, we have two in the building—one from the Main Lobby to the guest rooms, and another located at the opposite side of the building. Regarding the air conditioning and cleanliness of the room, we will conduct a thorough inspection to resolve any concerns related to dampness and the presence of insects. We truly appreciate your feedback on the desk lighting and dressing room privacy as well—these are valuable points, and we will take them into consideration for future room improvements. 櫃檯服務員態度幫忙,但隔音設備十分差,Wi-Fi上網信號差,亦不能上YouTube,電視控制模式很難運用,要請工作人員上房幫忙,但之後亦一樣不能上網(電視)

特别的吵,隔音非常不好非常差,一整晚都没有睡着!隔壁洗澡说话全部都能听见,走廊上的人说话也听的非常清楚!
