As a ALL.Accor Diamond there was no acknoledgment of my status, including welcome gift and room upgrade. Check-in was very painful- waited 30mins for mistakes in our booking to be corrected Anytime i came down to ask reception for advice/suggestions, i would have to wait over 15mins for service The breakfast was limited and waiters we're not friendly. The rooms were nice, although our room was facing a stair case an no natural sunlight Overall, the staff and service we're below expected. After spending 2 weeks in Japan, all in accor hotels, this hotel was our least enjoyable

My favorite neighborhood

I fell in love with Osaka. I stayed in three different neighborhoods and the station area was by far my favorite. Easy access to so much good food, the weekends are exciting, I love the wonderfuly dressed women that come to that neighborhood and the energy. The double room is small but manageable and the location means you won't stay in the room much anyway.

Room facilities not user friendly

No light in front of the mirror and room is very dark can’t make up, bathroom is very small which can’t place the things, the glass in bathroom with same color can’t identify our toothbrush, no chair at the room, only one tissue box in the room and no other tissue box in bathroom, no small mirror in bathroom, little area for storage, it was very bad, room facilities are not really considering of the guests’ side

Despite express check in I had to wait for a long time in queue when you are tired from travelling this is something I didn’t want to do. Not only that another traveler pushed in to ask a question to the receptionist which wasn’t a yes or no answer and the receptionist just answered the travelling with no apologies for serving her first. The room only had 2 single beds I couldn’t upgrade I couldn’t refund nothing. Couldn’t borrow the cot as my kid was too big. Also being an Accor plus member all you got extra was a welcome drink for 2 despite this being a 4 person booking. When I asked for the upgrade they said oh we will email you (note I’ve already checked in and realised the room was too small) I’m thinking am I supposed to ask the rest of the people in the room not to mess up the room just in case there’s a bigger one? Then they said I need two standard rooms and the discount was pretty much nothing where as if I had booked two rooms together all at once the second room would be 50 percent off. The receptionist needed to keep on running to and from her supervisor as the supervisor did not want to talk to me. The other kicker is that the amenities I didn’t even have 4 toothbrushes despite there being 4 of us. The good thing is water in glass bottle in fridge, microwave at the bottom, the shower and bathtub is big but don’t think there will be extra space for luggage on the floor

Staff was kind and nice, breakfast was good, run was pretty quiet. It was difficult to cool down the room though.
