Rooms are very modern, spacious and well furnished. Large TV, automatic curtains, big bathroom. Gym is rather small, with dumbbells up to 25kg and flat bench. Few cardio machines and free launderette, if you needed refresh your clothes. You get some free soft drinks in the fridge.

Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food choices. Reception service was friendly even thou not many of them spoke English. They tried their 'level best to help using Google translate to understand us who can't speak Mandarin. I want to call out Ms Wu Jun who made my stay memorable. She was always on hand to provide support. She was friendly, helpful and above all made me feel very comfortable with her. She even offered to get the staff to cut fruits for me which I bought from supermarket.

I suppose it used to be a smoking hotel, which just recently changed. Everywhere smells of tobacco which they try to cover with some sort of perfume that makes the situation worse. The rooms have very low feeling so even not being the tallest person in the world I started to feel claustrophobic.

Had some minor issues with check-in as the night staff was not able to find my booking. During the morning, the staff has been extremely helpful and friendly, helping us book a taxi to the airport, we would have missed our plane for sure otherwise!

Nice and spatious family room. The rooms and furnitures are brand new. Very comfortable for family. 10-15min walking distance to tourist spots. The laundry room is very convenient. BUT the big issue: every day from 6am, you get music and time annoucement on loudspeaker from a nearby building every hour. My wife and kids were not bothered but It woke me up every day at 6am, 7am, 8am... Very annoying! I wouldn't recommend the hotel for sensitive ears like me.
