This hotel is truly exceptional, offering comfort that's hard to beat. The rooms are not only spacious and beautifully designed but also come with top-notch amenities that ensure a relaxing stay. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests feel at home. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is its fantastic location. Situated in a prime spot, it's within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. Great, but time to modernize the TV Sets

My second stay and hotel continues to be a real gem both in terms of localization and comfort. Only drawback is that TV sets are starting to show their age (still analogic) and should be replaced, as the current ones doesn't allow screen mirroring or access to apps such Netflix and YouTube....

Always a Peaceful and Relaxing Experience at Pullman

I have had the opportunity to visit Pullman Hotel Vitacura for business on several occasions over the past couple of years. I always check in as a visitor when I come as a mobile spa to deliver four hands massages to my frequent clients who call me when they visit town. The hotel staff is always attentive and helpful. The regular rooms are spacious enough to set up the massage table and perform the session quietly and peacefully. The suites are delightful for enjoying an in-room massage. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from my studio, I highly recommend this hotel.
