This hotel is truly exceptional, offering comfort that's hard to beat. The rooms are not only spacious and beautifully designed but also come with top-notch amenities that ensure a relaxing stay. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests feel at home. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is its fantastic location. Great, but time to modernize the TV Sets

My second stay and hotel continues to be a real gem both in terms of localization and comfort. Only drawback is that TV sets are starting to show their age (still analogic) and should be replaced, as the current ones doesn't allow screen mirroring or access to apps such Netflix and YouTube....

Always a Peaceful and Relaxing Experience at Pullman

I have had the opportunity to visit Pullman Hotel Vitacura for business on several occasions over the past couple of years. I always check in as a visitor when I come as a mobile spa to deliver four hands massages to my frequent clients who call me when they visit town. The hotel staff is always attentive and helpful. The regular rooms are spacious enough to set up the massage table and perform the session quietly and peacefully. The suites are delightful for enjoying an in-room massage. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from my studio, I highly recommend this hotel.

Room Facilities - No tea and coffee facilities

Stayed twice at the Pullman Vitacura this March. The hotel is clean and offers a good breakfast. However it is not centrally located. It has a very small cold swimming pool. There were no tea or coffee room facilities available I the room for our first visit however when we returned to the hotel with our tour a few days later that room did have a tea/coffee maker.

We stayed here for 4 nights while on our first vacation to Santiago. The hotel was clean and quiet. The beds/pillows were comfortable. Easy walking or Uber to several nice restaurants. The staff was very helpful and we would especially like to praise Hector for his excellent guidance during our stay. The outside courtyard was small put a pleasant place to sit and drink wine in the evening. The pool was too cold for us but we sat and soaked up the sun anyways(snowing back home). The breakfast was tasty and varied everyday we were there. We ate appetizers in the hotel restaurant one night and they were good. Not everyone spoke English but they were patient and gracious to us. Few minor complaints but no big deal(maybe we are spoiled). No wash cloths, no stopper for sink, no coffee machine or ice bucket, room could only be cooled with room key. Again, no big deal to any of these complaints. All in all a very nice hotel
