Excellent hotel, well located in a beautiful neighborhood, safe to walk and close to a large shopping center, with shops, restaurants and snack bars, in addition to open parks. Friendly, polite and decisive employees. It is worth mentioning Mr. Jesús- reception: punctually willing to help in time of aid. Large rooms, with comfortable beds, soft sheets and pillows, bathrooms with refreshing and relaxing shower. Everything extremely clean. Exceptional breakfast, with daily varieties of fresh and tasty food. I highly recommend

Great hotel, great service, friendly and hospitabel staff :) The room was very spacious and the hotel was super tidy. Used thegym every morning, some extra weight can be added, but was OK for a 4 day stay. The proximity to Parque Aarauco makes it helpfull for shopping and eating out. Special thanks to Montserrat who greeted us evy morning when we went to breakfast!!

Breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of food. Everything was very delicious! Having multiple stations meant there were no queues either. Wait staff were helpful and quick to respond, especially Ivan and Yoli who were super friendly and attentive

The hotel has a nice location in Las Condes - however, it's not really a Novotel; closer to an Ibis Budget. Quality and variety of the breakfast are poor, the gym is terrible, and there is no room service after 10 or 11pm - which is an issue for a touristic destination with many flights arriving after 9pm. The rooms, despite being somewhat spacious, lack many basic appliances: a hanger in the bathroom sink, an adequate wardrobe. Also, the staff is not very proactive or helpful. Would not come back to this hotel.

Excellent and helpful staff at the restaurant and reception. You are made to feel very welcome and the staff goes out of it’s way to ensure that you feel at home . Ivan in particular at the restaurant was extremely helpful and kind in helping me decide what could I eat including getting me an English menu. Exemplary service and the kind of people the world needs more of
