Great stay in Providencia

Novotel Santiago is a very nice hotel in Providencia. Its vicinity to metro station Tobalaba makes it ideal to explore Santiago. The hotel offers a small pool and spa area, fitness room, and has a good restaurant and bar. Breakfast is very good, and the hotel offers great evening events from time to time. All the hotel staff is super friendly, especially Margot from housekeeping, Camila, Fernanda, Cristina and Ale at the reception, Vania and Patricia from the events team, and Camila, Oskar, Esteban together with the whole bar team! I always enjoy staying here and it will definitely not have been the last time!

It was a good stay, it is a typical Novotel. The rooms are a bit used, the door seemed a bit flimsy. The pool is not worth it, also when we arrived they said: it was closed for maintenance. Really? The gym is not bad, just warm like all indoor gyms. Breakfast is ok, they are just slow with filling up things. The location is central, staff is friendly. Room service food was not that great but it did the trick the day we arrived. It was cheap.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Providencia. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special appreciation to Mercy, the head of housekeeping, for being incredibly approachable and kind thoughout my stay. Her warmth and professionalism truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend for the weary traveller in need of some comfort.

I was so thankful for two fantastic staff members, Cristina and Patricio- who helped me so much during my stay. My Spanish is not the best and they took the time to assist me in so many ways. The room was lovely and clean, with great views, and very good value. If I find myself in Santiago again I will be booking in here. A huge thank you again to Cristina and Patricio, my Savours.
